Delivery Date

Deliveries are typically made during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, within a 4-hour window.

For small items, such as lamps, pillows, or throws, the company use courier delivery services for prompt delivery. Please note that the courier will not schedule a delivery time in advance and a signature upon delivery is not required. If you are not available to receive the package, it will be left at your doorstep.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please inform the carrier of any circumstances that may impact the delivery process. This may include, but is not limited to:

* Dead-end street

* Narrow driveway

* Island locations requiring ferry access

* Particular parking location for the delivery truck

* Alternate delivery locations, such as a side door or garage entrance

Delivery Appointment
The company is committed to providing a smooth delivery process for your order. The shipping carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours before delivery to confirm the delivery date and schedule. Delivery will typically be made between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. on the designated day.

Order Cancellation:

At Tribesigns, the Company is happy to process order cancellations as long as the order has not yet been shipped. If your order is cancelled, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method used.

Kindly note that once an order has been shipped, the Company is unable to cancel it. To avoid any inconvenience, please reach out to the company as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

Returns:

The company offer a convenient 30-day return policy. Within 30 days after delivery, you may submit a return request by contacting to the customer service team.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and with the original packaging. customer service team will provide a return address for you to send the item back.

Please note that customized orders or items are not eligible for the 30-day return policy.

If you receive a damaged package, please retain the original packaging and take photos of both the package and the damaged product. Contact at order@tribesigns.com or call 1-424-220-6888 within one week to report the issue. The team will work to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Return Fees
Tribesigns has a clear and fair return policy for all customers. If the return is initiated by the customer for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of a company error, such as a damaged product or quality issue, Tribesigns will bear the shipping expenses. Please note that there are no restocking fees for any returns.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned package, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be credited back to your account, typically within 24-48 hours for PayPal or 7-10 business days for credit card transactions (subject to your credit card company or bank’s processing time).

In the case of a rejected refund, the company will provide a reason for the rejection and offer either a revised refund amount or an alternative solution. If you disagree with the rejection, please provide additional information for the company to review the matter further.
