Your order will be ready for you to collect in one working hour. Once you’ve placed an order online and the products are in stock, you will receive an email confirmation. You will then need to wait for your ready to collect’ text before you visit a branch. If products are not in stock, this may take up to 3–5 working days.

Q2: What do you do once you have submitted your order?

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed, and then the branch will contact you to arrange a collection slot.

When collecting your order, please go straight to the trade counter inside the branch. You must bring the following when collecting your items:

  • Present your ‘collection text’ and order number
  • A valid form of ID, for example: driving license, passport, debit or credit card, or work photo ID card

Q3: What if I’m collecting on behalf of someone else?

You can collect on behalf of someone else, but you must have the following with you:

  • The order confirmation email, printed or on your phone, which has been forwarded from the customer who placed the order
  • A valid form of ID, for example: driving license or passport

If you do not have the appropriate ID, then we will contact the customer who placed the order to confirm they are happy for the goods to be released.

Q5: Can I place a collection and a delivery in one order?

Yes. You can split your order by collection and delivery. We will take payment for the whole order, which will include any delivery charges.

Q6: Can I have my goods delivered?

Yes, they will happily deliver to your chosen address within Great Britain unless your postcode falls within their delivery exceptions.

  • Branch deliveries: online orders under £150 inc VAT will incur a £20 delivery charge. Any online order over £150, including VAT, will be delivered free of charge.
  • TP Direct: online orders under £25 inc VAT will incur a £5 delivery charge. Any online order over £25, including VAT, will be delivered free of charge.
  • Big and bulky items: selected items will incur a delivery charge of £35 for all online orders under £250 inc VAT.

Logged in customers

  • Branch deliveries: all online orders will be delivered free of charge when you spend £100, including VAT.
  • TP Direct: online orders under £25 inc VAT will incur a £5 delivery charge. Any online order over £25, including VAT, will be delivered free of charge.
  • Big and bulky items: selected items will incur a delivery charge of £25 for all online orders under £250 inc VAT.

Return Policy

Q: Can I return an item or cancel a delivery?

Yes, they will be pleased to take back any items that are in resellable condition within 14 days of purchase.

You can arrange collection by emailing them at customerservice@travisperkins.co.uk or calling 0330 123 3846 with your order number and product details. The return of perishable items (i.e., cement and plaster) will not be accepted.

Please note that their minimum charge for this collection service is 15% of the order value and may be more depending on your location and product type. Once the products have been returned, you will be refunded within 7 working days.
