Yes, they deliver stuff anywhere in the world, except for Russia and Belarus.

3.Can you send things to PO boxes?
No, sorry, they won’t send things to PO boxes.

4.How long does shipping take?
They work with two centers in the US and the EU to ship things quickly with UPS and DHL.

Orders in the US usually take 3-5 days. If you pick express shipping, you’ll get your order in 2 days.

For international orders, it might take 5-21 days with standard shipping. With express shipping, it’s usually 3-6 days.

Local standard shipping costs are as follow:

Return Policy:

What’s the return policy?
If you’re not happy with your Sleeper clothes! You can exchange or return them as long as they weren’t on sale and it’s within 2 weeks of getting them.

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Make sure the clothes are still new, not washed or damaged, and still have their tags. Check that it’s within 14 days of when you got them.
2. Email Customer Care team at care@the-sleeper.com to get a form for returning the clothes and the address to send them back to.
3. Put the clothes back in their original Sleeper package and send them back using a trackable and insured service. You’ll have to pay for this.
4. Tell them the tracking number so they know your return is on the way.
5. It might take them 2-3 weeks to process your return. they’ll email you when they get the clothes back, and if everything checks out, they’ll either give you a refund or exchange the clothes for you.
