How will I get my cashback on Myntra?
To make the shopping experience more convenient “MyCashback” will be replaced by PhonePe. You can get your cashback in the PhonePe wallet and linked account.
Can I cancel an order that I have placed?
Yes, the order can be cancelled before it has been shipped. If the order is shipped you can refuse it at the time of delivery and refund will be processed into source account if the payment was made in advance.
In how many days will I get my refund?
Returns will be initiated after the successful pickup of the products.

- “PhonePe wallet” – 1-day post refund initiation
- Online Refund – 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner
Which courier services does Myntra use to ship my items?
All the orders on Myntra have dispatched through their own courier service Myntra Logistics or through other courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery Etc.
Can I modify my shipping address after I have placed my order?
Yes, the shipping address can be modified before the order is processed by updating it under the “change address” option, under the “My order” section.
Does Myntra provide pickup return policy ?
Pickup return is available only for selected PIN codes.
