What is the return policy for HomeShop18 ?

There is a 48 hours return policy for Digital, Electronics & Appliances products and 5 Days return policy for Non-Digital product category(i.e. Lifestyle, Clothing, Home Textile, Kitchen & Dining, Home Decor items) which means that you can request a return of the product of Digital category within 48 hours of receiving the product and request a return of the product of non-Digital category within 5 Days of receiving the product . Plus, the product to be returned must reach our Business Partner’s / Sellers’ address within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of delivery to you.

How do i return a product on HomeShop18 ?

You can request a return via email or through customer care number. Email can be done at care@homeshop18.com or over phone number 0120-6189818 (08.00 a.m. to 08.00 p.m. / 7 days a week).

What would be  the amount refunded to me if i return a product ?

The amount refunded would be the price of the product.

Can i track my refund status after i cancel the product ?

If your order is cancelled, then you will get acknowledgement via SMS at your registered mobile number or via email at your registered email ID.
