How Do You Use The Coupons?

Online Cancellation Policy
At Greenworks, they work hard to get orders sent out in an expedited fashion and attempt to process all orders the day they are placed.
If you have received an order confirmation number and need to cancel, please log in to your account within 30 minutes of ordering, locate the order, and cancel.
If you did not register at checkout and checked out as a guest, you will not be able to cancel your order. If more than 30 minutes have passed or you checked out as a guest, simply follow the return policy and ship the item back to our warehouse for a product refund.
Return Policy
They only accept returns and refunds for new and unused products in their original packaging.
Riding mower, e-bike, go-kart, and dual-stage snow blower sales are final.
If there is an issue upon delivery, set-up, or start-up, please call customer service to schedule a time for a service center or service technician to examine the unit.
Returns for Damaged Items
Follow the steps below if you have received a damaged item.
1. Submit the request through the online return portal within 30 days of the shipment’s reception to begin the refund process.
2. It will take between 3 and 5 days to process the request.
3. Once approved, you will receive an email with return shipping instructions and will be provided with a return shipping label.
4. Affix the return shipping label provided to the original packaging and return the original item.
5. Once they receive the shipment, they will process your refund.
It is important to note that in order for the refund to be successful, you must include all accessories and items that were included as part of the original shipment delivered to you.
This includes combo kits. All pieces of the combo kit must be included in the return in order for the refund to be successful. Please keep in mind that products must be unused.
Returns for Other Reasons
Follow the steps below if you are returning a product for one of the following reasons:
- bought by mistake
- Inaccurate description
- The Item arrived too late
- No longer needed
Your refund will be processed after your return has been received at their facility and must take place within 30 days of receipt of the shipment. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. They only accept returns and refunds for new and unused products.
