Fit2Run, a family-owned company, prides itself on its strong community involvement and makes strides to empower athletes of all fitness levels to embrace an active lifestyle. The mission of the Big Bill Foundation is to provide scholarships to survivors of childhood cancer. Inspired by a passion for family and Mr. Robinson’s own battle with Leukemia in 2019, the Big Bill Foundation was established to honor his legacy by supporting kids who have fought pediatric cancer.
Proceeds from Fit2Time races benefit the Big Bill Foundation, further celebrating Mr. Robinson’s love of family, community, a healthy lifestyle and the work ethic and dedication of runners. Community is the foundation of Fit2Run. customers and employees are part of the family. Additionally, Fit2Run has a community of Fit2Run Ambassadors who actively work to spread the word in their local areas. From Races to Fun Runs, Fit2Run looks to partner with local leaders, not-for-profits and other retailers to bring health and fitness to many areas.

Return Policy:
At Fit2Run, customer satisfaction is very important. If for some reason the product you have selected was not perfect please return your product with all tags attached in unused, unworn and unwashed condition within 30 days of your purchase date to receive a refund.
If you are a Fit2Run Club Member, one of your benefits is the “30 Day Footwear Wear Test Guarantee.” Under this guarantee you can run in your new footwear for up to 30 days from your purchase date and exchange them for a new pair or store credit.
Product Return Process:
In-Store:
Simply bring the product with your receipt or packing slip that you would like to return to one of the Fit2Run locations and company will gladly help you. Find your closest store location here.
Fit2Run’s Return Center:
When returning a product back to Fit2Run’s Return Center company ask that you please include the receipt or packing slip that came with your product. I
Make sure the shipping label is well attached to the package and drop the package at your local mail carrier. After your shipping label is made your mail carrier will give you a tracking slip. Please hold onto this tracking slip until your return is processed and you have received your refund in store credit or original form of payment.
Exchange:
Fit2Run does allow exchanges for size and color of the originally purchased product if the product is returned with a Fit2Run receipt or packing slip and all tags attached in unused, unworn and unwashed condition within 30 days of your purchase date.
In-Store:
