Cole Hann are offering free local delivery for all orders above RM 450.
For West Malaysia orders below RM 450, shipping fee is RM 10 (by courier)
For East Malaysia orders below RM 450, shipping fee is RM 15 (by courier)
Cole Haan is unable to ship internationally at this moment. Cole Haan reserve the right to modify delivery charges without prior notification. Deliveries usually take 2 – 5 working days for West Malaysia and 3 – 8 working days for East Malaysia after the order is dispatched and will be delivered by a courier. Under exceptional circumstances orders may take longer than the published timings to be delivered.
Please provide a full delivery address in English and telephone contact number when you place your order to avoid delays.
Please note that during certain busy periods such as Eid Holiday, Chinese New Year, Sale, Christmas and other holidays, orders may take a little longer than usual to be dispatched and delivered.
Every Cole Haan product is backed by long-standing tradition of quality and craftsmanship. Cole Haan Malaysia will accept any unworn or unaltered merchandise within 14 days of receipt of item. All returns will need to be arranged from company end, via Online Self Return Form. Returned items must be unworn and in their original box. They must also be accompanied with original tags and invoice. Kindly ensure that shoe box must be placed in a plastic bag and the AWB must attached on the plastic bag instead of shoe box.
Returns & Exchanges
Cole Haan offer Free Returns for orders more than RM 450. For products purchased on www.colehaan.my original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns are applicable to full priced items only. It do not allow returns on sale items. If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, the promotion will no longer apply when partial returns are made. The refunded amount will exclude that of the promotional amount.
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return once received at warehouse. You will receive a refund based on the original form of payment. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to post to your account.
Cole Haan Malaysia can only process returns from purchases made from online store as per company policy. All other requests should be directed to the original place of purchase. All outlet purchases must be returned to Cole Haan outlet stores only. All Cole Haan items purchased outside of Malaysia must be returned in the country where the original purchase took place.
