About Candere
In 2013, founder Rupesh Jain an IT engineer from Mumbai started his own maiden venture, away from home started Candere which means to glow or shine. His vision was to further strengthened with the idea of bringing an online showroom that deals with selling of diamond, gold as earlier it was believed that diamonds are for the rich. They have 50+ an employee that creates n believes in making one of the most iconic pieces with their best designs of different tastes & of Diverse Culture. Later in 2017 Kalyan Jewellers, an Indian jewellery store chain invested in Candere forming a partnership between both.
Delivery Time
Generally, they take 7-10 working days for all items but there are a few items that can take 2-3 days. If they have an item in stock, they can even deliver within 48-96 hours.
Time for a refund
Your refund will be shown up within three to four weeks after the product is returned after delivery.
Warranty Time Period
If you receive defective product then within 30 days following your original shipping date, they will exchange it free of charge, or the refund of the full cost of the product excluding shipping charges will be generated.
