About Zavvi

Online store Zavvi sells entertainment products like Blu-ray discs, collectibles, home goods, and toys. The brand, which was initially a physical business, has only been available online since The Hut Group acquired it from administration in 2009. Prior to entering administration, Zavvi was in the process of creating an online download service, Zavvi Downloads, intended to compete with services including Napster and the iTunes Store. It was planned the service would offer music which would not carry any digital rights management, meaning that it could be transferred to any portable music player without restrictions. It would also have a catalogue of films and TV shows, games and mobile content.

RETURN POLICY

Proceed through the portal and you’ll be given the option to choose a carrier to fulfil your return. Once received, Zavvi will refund the amount for the returned goods and send you a notification via email. This can take 3-5 working days from the date we receive the return. Eligible returns are in pristine condition and requested within 30 days of receipt. Queries for returns that fall outside the policy can be raised via customer service.

DELIVERY

  • Delivery is Monday to Sunday.
  • Delivered within 2-3 working days.
  • Note: Saturday Delivery is only available in England and Wales and in Belfast postcode areas BT1-BT9.
  • Most of the products on Zavvi site require you to be at home for the delivery as they may be too big to fit in your letterbox.
