To initiate a return simply visit their contact page and click on the ‘Customer Support’ tab and they will assure a dedicated support member will respond asap. In all refund cases all applicable credits will be issued to the credit card used when placing the order. If payment was received in any other form not being a credit card, they will refund by check to the billing address.
Return Shipment Packaging: In all instances returns must be packaged by use of the original packaging your order was shipped in. Products damaged in transit will be the responsibility of the shipper and may hinder the possibility of receiving a credit.

Fitment Issue: In the unlikely event you are experiencing a fitment issue and the products were purchased by use of their vehicle search and fitment recommendations, one of their fitment specialists will propose solutions for you to achieve a proper fit which may include use of spacers and hub rings which will be provided to you free of charge if required. If your fitment issue cannot be resolved, they will cover all transit expenses required to get you the right product. In the unfortunate event the issue is due to your error in selecting the wrong vehicle and or purchasing products without the use of the vehicle search they will work with you in resolving the issue however you will be responsible for any freight expenses to resolve the issue.
Shipping Errors & Damage Claims: In the unlikely event your shipment has arrived damaged or incorrect Wheel Hero will immediately file a claim with the shipper and the shipper will send an inspector to the address where the product was delivered to review the claim. Please note that the product must be in the original form it was received including packaging otherwise the claim will be void. All damage claims must be reported to the shipper at time of receiving the shipment.
Return for Refund or Exchange: They will accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are unused and have not been driven on. *NO EXCEPTIONS* Credit amount will be calculated by purchase price less applicable round trip freight charges plus 25% restocking fee for just wheels and 35% restocking fee for wheel & tire packages. For wheel & tire packages $75 labor charge will also be billed for labor involved in mounting and dismounting the tires. They do not accept returns for items that were special ordered or custom drilled. Wheels that are sold without tires cannot be returned if tires were mounted on them. To avoid voiding your return privileges it is highly recommended you test fit your wheels before having tires mounted on them.
Special Order Brands that do not qualify for returns are 360 Alloys, AXE, BBS, Drive Concept, Lenso, Method, Miro, Red Dirt Road, REV, TSW, Unique ID, Venice Limited, Versante, XIX and Zenetti & any other brand that is mentioned to you in advance will be a special order.
Refused Shipments: In the event your shipment is refused you will be responsible for round trip freight charges before order is re shipped.

Warranty provided is a manufacturer warranty extended to the original purchaser. They will gladly assist in fulfilling warranty claims from their Hollywood, Florida location with the customer being responsible for freight charges. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All warranty claim decisions are made by the manufacturer and not Wheel Hero.

This Road Hazard Warranty (“Warranty”) is a comprehensive protection plan designed to safeguard your investment in wheels and/or tires. By opting for this warranty, you agree to the following terms and conditions, ensuring a legally sound and ironclad commitment between you (“Customer”) and WheelHero:
Coverage Scope
- The Warranty provides coverage for common road hazard damages, including those caused by potholes, curbs, sidewalks, road debris, uneven road surfaces, speed bumps, and similar hazards encountered during normal on-road driving.
- Exclusions from coverage include damages resulting from off-road use, collision, fire, vandalism, theft, use of snow chains, manufacturer’s defects, abuse, and neglect (e.g., improper application, improper inflation, overloading, brake lock-up, wheel spinning, torque snags, etc.).
- WheelHero reserves the right to deny any claim based on damages not explicitly outlined in this agreement.
Validity Period
- The Warranty plan is valid for a period of 8 months from the original purchase date.
Claim Eligibility
- To qualify for a claim, tires must have a minimum remaining tread depth of 1.6 mm (2/32 of an inch).
Discount Structure
- Customers who place an order up to $1,500.00 will receive a 50% discount on up to two wheels in wheel-only orders or up to two tires in tire-only orders.
- WheelHero will replace wheel and tire packages at half value on up to four items: two wheels and two tires.
- Orders exceeding $1,500.00 will receive a 40% discount on up to two wheels in wheel-only orders or up to two tires in tire-only orders.
- Wheel and tire packages exceeding $1,500.00 will receive a 40% discount on up to four items: two wheels and two tires.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with replacement items.
Expiration of Service
- This Road Hazard Warranty service expires once WheelHero approves the claim or after the 8-month period from the original purchase date.
By engaging in this agreement, both parties acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms. WheelHero reserves the right to amend or modify the terms of this warranty at its discretion. This document constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
