RETURN/ REFUND POLICY

  • The purchases can be returned within 14 days.
  • There are only two easy steps in the returns process:
    As soon as possible, return the applicable products to the retailer with the appropriate invoice, in the same packing as when they were first delivered, and in the same condition.
  • Only in-store returns of internet purchases are accepted.
  • The items must be returned in the same state as they were received. We reserve the right to deny any request for a return, exchange, or refund and are not liable for any loss or damage to the items while they are in your control.
  • According to international retail industry norms, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges for skincare, cosmetics, and other items that are made specifically for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by calling our Customer Services department at + 965 182-1212 during working hours and within one hour of having placed it.
  • If you paid by credit card or debit card (KNET in Kuwait), and you have canceled in accordance with this clause then we will reverse the authorization or process a refund transaction (as the case may be) as soon as possible but we are not responsible for how long this will take to be reflected on your account as this is dependent on bank processing procedures.
  • Please note that we cannot accept cancellations outside of the specified periods as the order will have been processed and can only then be canceled through our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.
