Return and Exchange

  1. The return of the order will proceed with crediting of  the reward points to your Van Heusen credits, which you can spend on future orders. You cannot, however, cash in your reward points.
  2. When you return part of your order, we reimburse the value of the reward points for that item and credit your Van Heusen account, which you can use on future purchases. You cannot, however, cash in your reward points.
  3. The sum will be repaid if you have any problems with your order, particularly in terms of fit, size, or colour, or if you find any faults. Within 30 days of receipt, the item must be unopened and in its original packaging.

Cancellation

  1. On cancellation of any order after using the reward points of the same order, the used points will be deducted from your loyalty points.
  2. The firm is not responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. It will be held on the customer’s responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
