Booking Facilitation Services:

Through use of Tripadvisor Text, the Tripadvisor Companies offer you the ability to search for, secure input as to, select, and book travel reservations with third-party suppliers without leaving the Services. This ability to search for, secure input as to, select, and book travel reservations with third-party suppliers is referred to as “booking facilitation services” in the “Booking with Third-Party Suppliers Through Tripadvisor” section of the Tripadvisor Terms, Conditions and Notices.

Payments:

No deposit is required, however you must add an authorized credit card at the time of making your reservation. There will be a one-time authorization of one dollar (or the lowest whole denomination in any available currency) to validate your credit card.

Once you have completed your booking, you will have a confirmed reservation. A final payment reminder will be sent five (5) days prior to your travel date and full payment will be due two (2) days prior to the travel date.

Cancelation Policy:

Go to your Bookings page
Find the booking you need to adjust.
On the right side, you will see links where you can view/print your ticket, change date or cancel your booking.
Click the ‘Cancel Booking’ link.
You will see the price paid along with the refund amount due prior to finalizing the cancellation.
Once you are ready to cancel, click ‘Cancel Booking.’
You will receive a confirmation email when your cancellation request has been completed.

NOTE: The ‘Cancel Booking’ option will not be available if your tour/activity is designated as ‘Non-Refundable’ as these reservations cannot be canceled or changed.
