Can the order placed be cancelled ?
Order can be cancelled before it is confirmed. Once order is confirmed, Customer can request for cancellation by contacting Spoyl. Orders which require any kind of customization or orders which are placed on special request with prior confirmation from buyer can not be cancelled. In case such orders are cancelled, buyer will bear the entire cost incurred by Spoyl and/or their supplier. Refund will be initiated to buyer after necessary deductions.
Is there any cancellation fee for canceling the order ?
