Exchange & Refund Policies
- Goods returned within 14 days will be exchanged for items of the same value, provided that the goods returned are in their original packaging, and are supported by the original invoice.
- If a product is found to be defective, we first try to repair it, if not repairable, we will exchange it for a new piece and if not exchangeable will we refund its total value.
