You are protected by Sova’s Refund Policy. Refer to their refund policy for T&C*.

*Terms and Conditions of this policy:

A: The above policy is applicable only for Sova’s Gut Heal Plans (includes gut x weight loss) in the case of highly compliant users*, who have regularly followed the recommendations, attended the consultations with their health coach during the program, and have had their respective tests done and got no observable results after 4 Months.

B. Refund can only be claimed within 24hrs of the last consultation of your Gut Heal Program.

C. The policy is not applicable on purchase of the Gut Microbiome Test once the test kits have been dispatched.

D. Refund policy is not applicable on Sova supplements.

 1) 4-Month Plan: 

Users who complete 1 Gut Microbiome Test, with no observed results on any of their metrics after 4 months are eligible for a refund.

Users are eligible for a refund only after completion of 21 days (as their  intervention takes 21 days to work effectively) and didn’t get any observable results subject to meeting condition A.

After 21 days until the end of the program, if the user requests a refund they will be eligible for a refund subject to meeting condition A. Refund amount will be given after deducting the test prices. The test charges are not refundable.

2) Supplements

They do not accept returns or offer refunds on any dietary supplements. This policy applies to all supplement products purchased independently or in combination with other non-supplement products.

They take great care to ensure that the products meet stringent quality standards. The supplements are manufactured in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.

How to claim a refund?

Once they receive your request, their  team will check your eligibility for a refund. If the refund conditions are met, the amount as applicable for your time in the program will be refunded. They will notify you once they have approved and initiated your refund.
