- With the desire to satisfy customers, Samsung sponsors delivery fees when customers want to request Home Delivery, Therefore, our delivery service is completely FREE.
- In case you want to change your delivery information, you can call our toll-free Customer Care Center at 1800 588 889 for assistance. Please note, we will only support changing delivery information in cases deemed reasonable and promptly notified to us.
RETURN & CANCELLATION
- Refunds are made within 45 working days from the date of order cancellation.
- However, the refund time may vary depending on the payment method and processing time of the payer.
- We agree to return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- If you wish to return the included product with the included promotional item, all must be returned in full to receive a refund.

- For products: TVs, Electrical Appliances and Smartphones, staffs are ready to provide remote support with technical advice and user manuals.
- Samsung provides FREE installation service at customer’s home.
- Applies to products: TVs of 40 inches or more, Mircro LED TVs, Side By Side Refrigerators, Front Loading Washing Machines, Dryers, Projectors, Smart Warrobes, Air Conditioners.
- Installation includes instructions and advice on how to use the product. Customers are responsible for the costs of installation materials, if any.
