Return Shipping
They will arrange for the return pick-up from the originally delivered address only. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. Please also return any freebies received with the order.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date they receive the returned goods in their warehouse. You will be notified by email or WhatsApp once they receive your returned item. If everything is in order, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment for prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, they will request your bank account details to credit the refund amount.
For prepaid orders through UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account within 3-5 working days. Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
Special Notes
- For any defective, damaged, incomplete, or wrong order delivered, inform them within 48 hours of receiving the order with an unboxing video of the product.
- Share images and an unboxing video of the wrong product with fully packed condition to process the request.
- Ensure the video is clear and highlights the damaged/defective/missing part of the jewelry.

Any complaints raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered. In case of missing items in return orders, where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but the actual pickup doesn’t include all said items, the company reserves the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount.
Please be available for the reverse pick-up and answer calls from the delivery partner. If unavailable, the reverse pick-up may be canceled, and the process will need to be re-initiated.
In rare cases where some pin codes are only forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable, they may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service, such as India Post, and reimburse reasonable shipping costs (up to INR 70).
