Rothy’s was initially founded in 2012 and launched in 2016 by Stephen Hawthornthwaite and Roth Martin as a women’s shoe company in San Francisco. Returns & Exchanges

They offer easy returns on unworn, unwashed merchandise with attached tags. Need a different size? Simply return your item and place a new order with the correct size. Make sure you have your order number handy. Just a few quick steps, and you can choose the best return method for you. Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be returned or exchanged with all tags attached. Worn, washed, or altered merchandise will not be accepted. Paid shipping fees will not be refunded. There is no fee for mail-in exchanges, or for returns made at Happy Returns or a Rothy’s retail store; a $4.99 fee will be charged for mail-in refunds only. Other exclusions may apply, including but not limited to no returns on gift cards, gift-for-sale items, or any items marked final sale.
