• The warehouse operates Monday through Saturday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.

Q: Can the delivery address be changed after placing an order?

Q: What happens if my pin code is non-serviceable?

• If courier services revise their pin code services and the provided pin code becomes non-serviceable, R for Rabbit’s customer care team will contact the customer for an alternate shipping address.

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• Customers must send a video of the delivery package they received as proof within 24 hours if there is a product missing or damaged during delivery.

Q: What happens if my parcel is not delivered and returned to origin?

• The courier partner will attempt delivery three times.
• If the parcel is not delivered, it will be returned to origin (RTO).
• For reshipment of non-COD orders, the customer must wait until the product is back in the warehouse.
• COD customers can place a fresh order.
