Free shipping on all orders over $75.00*. All orders under 75.00 will pay a flat $6.95 shipping fee. They ship to the 48 contiguous states.
UPS Ground:
If your order is in stock and is placed Monday-Thursday, before 12:00 P.M. EST, and Friday before 12 P.M. EST, your order will usually leave their facility the same day you order it. Orders placed over the weekend for in stock items will ship out on Monday. To judge how long it will take UPS to get your package from their facility to your doorstep, you can visit UPS.com. IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS: At certain times of the year (Black Friday, etc), we experience a high volume of sales and shipping may take longer than expected. If you need an order by a specific date, please inquire as to when you can expect your order.
Pish Posh cares about the environment and consolidates your order to fit in one or two packages. This also helps us avoid lost packages and extra fees. If you do wish to have every part of your in its original packaging – be sure to note it when placing your order.
UPS does not pick up or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. The days when UPS is not picking up or delivering are NOT considered shipping days. When counting up your shipping days, consider this important information.
*They insure all packages that leave their facility. If you need to file a claim for a package that was lost during shipping, please contact their shipping department, and they will file the claim, on your behalf with UPS.
UPS will make a total of 3 attempts to deliver your package. If a package is undeliverable or refused, there will be a $12.50 refusal fee plus their actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer. Their “actual shipping costs” are not the $6.95 charge for orders under $75.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY :-
They want you to be happy with your order! If you’d like to return your non-sale item simply click the link below and follow the return instructions. They will gladly accept unused products in brand new condition, still in their original packaging for return or exchange within 30 days from the arrival date.
Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. They usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when they receive the items for your account to be refunded.
– Sale, discontinued, clearance and open box items are final sale, not eligible for return or exchange.
– Baby furniture, all mattresses and customized/special order items are final sale,not eligible for return or exchange.
– All items are inspected upon receipt in their warehouse. If items arrive back in used condition or without the original packaging the customer will be subject to a restocking fee.
– Redeemed rewards points are final. When placing a return or exchange, redeemed rewards points are not added back to your account.
– Pish Posh Baby reserves the right to deny a return on a heavily discounted item.
– Purchases made during Black Friday / Cyber Monday season are not eligible for return.
– Credits can only be refunded to the same credit card the purchase was made on.
– If an item was purchased as a gift, they can either refund the original credit card, an exchange can be made or store credit can be issued.
– Any return received by their warehouse later than 2 weeks after the return process was initiated, will be subject to a 15% late return fee.
– If the item you purchased is defective you should be under manufacturer warranty and can reach out to the company for help.
– If you have any trouble after filing a claim, please do reach out to them and they will get involved to make sure that you are taken care of. They value their customers for life and want to ensure that everything you purchase from them you love.
