SHIPPING INFORMATION
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, from there you may track your parcel via our courier partners. All orders placed on weekdays, before 2.00 pm will be processed on the same day. Whereas orders placed on weekends or public holidays it will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that the delivery timeline does not include the processing time and also subject to the courier handling process. Typically, your order(s) will arrive within 2-3 working days on the normal season and it may take up to five (5) working days during peak and holiday season.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The restocking fee is a minimum charge to cover the returning process expenses such as handling the returned item, unpacking, restocking, repacking, sanitizing and other incurred costs. They only accept returns for products you purchased via our webstore www.offspringinc.com. For products bought from the retailers, you may deal directly with them by contacting the relevant stores to check on their return policy. A RM20 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund value for each exchange/return case, regardless of the number of returned products. For example: 3 returned products worth RM100. The restocking fee is RM20 per case. The refund value will be RM80.
