They have a Free 7-day Trial Policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, They won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in:
- unused and the same condition as you received it
- the original packaging.
A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:
- If the product is returned after seven days
- If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging
