Q.1) What Documents Do You Need As A Proof For Booking?
For booking Myles car you need to have Valid driving license and an ID Proof ( Passport/Aadhar Card).You should have original documents with you at the time of handover process.
Q.2) When Do I have To Pay Security Deposit?
You have to pay the security deposits before the pickup or otherwise your bookings will get canceled. There are two options for paying the security deposits. Firstly, you can choose the security deposit option and pay according to vehicle that you have selected or you can also select Myles secure option and pay lesser security deposit amount.
Q.3) Can Someone Else Do The Bookings For Me?
Yes, someone else can do the bookings for you.But the persons whose name has been mentioned in the reservation form needs to come along with the required documents to pick the car with you .
Q.4) What is Myles cancellation policy?
- If booking is cancelled within 24 hours of pickup time Rs. 200 or 50% of the Total Booking Amount (which ever is greater) will be deducted and 3% processing fee will be charged
- No refund will be provided ,if booking is cancelled at or after pickup time
- If booking is cancelled 24 hours before the pickup time, Rs. 200 and 3% processing fee will be charged on the refund amount.
Q.5) Is There An Agreement/Documents That Is Needed To Be signed ?
Yes, there is a short agreement one needs to sign while picking up the car from pickup location.
Q.6) Is There Any Alternative For Security Deposit?
Myles secure is an alternative for a security deposit. Myles Secure is a combination of non-refundable cover amount and much lower refundable security.
