It is a site operated by Seminole Tech., a firm incorporated under the laws of India. Mivi is a Hyderabad based firm making chargers and earphones. The company plans to expand its audio offerings. It wants to bring manufacturing jobs back to India. It allows customers to purchase a variety of products. Upon receiving your order they carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Return Policy
All products purchased on www.mivi.in can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. The item you want to return must be unused and in its original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase.
You need to email your request along with your order number to their support@mivi.in and ship the product to their given address: Plot No 29, Road No 76, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500033
Refund Policy
After the product is received their team will test, verify, approve and process the refund to be generated. After this, the status of the refund will be communicated to you. The refund will be initiated to your credit card or the same mode of payment. If the payment method is cash on delivery (COD), then the total order amount you paid will be credited to the account (as store credit). The amount to be refunded will be within 7 working days to the original method of payment(except COD).
If the partial product or the product with tampered packaging is returned, then the refund will not be generated. All accessories and items that you have received along with the product should be returned together.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order that you have placed, you need to e-mail them at support@mivi.in or call them, on 040-39564567 or you can even directly cancel the order by logging in to your account at the website store. You can only cancel the order before the order has been shipped. Cancellation requests received after the order has been shipped will not be considered.
