Return Policy
All products purchased on www.mivi.in can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. The item you want to return must be unused and in its original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy
After the product is received their team will test, verify, approve and process the refund to be generated. After this, the status of the refund will be communicated to you. The refund will be initiated to your credit card or the same mode of payment. If the payment method is cash on delivery (COD), then the total order amount you paid will be credited to the account (as store credit). The amount to be refunded will be within 7 working days to the original method of payment(except COD).
If the partial product or the product with tampered packaging is returned, then the refund will not be generated. All accessories and items that you have received along with the product should be returned together.
