They endeavour but do not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if they fail to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. DAMAGED DELIVERY
They assure you that the product reached in perfect shape and untampered, but upon receiving of damaged product you must provide a detailed description of the fault or issue along with photographic evidence, within 2 days of the package receipt.
Once they have reviewed this information and accept your return request, they will arrange a reverse pickup within 3-4 business days.
Once the product reaches their warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in their standard delivery time i.e. 5 working days for domestic shipments. However, if they are unable to process the shipment due to the unavailability of the product, they will be happy to offer you a credit note of the same amount.
