Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Expired purchases are non-refundable. Once expired, purchases are no longer valid.
  • In case a booking specifies a ‘book by’ date, all bookings must be made with the supplier prior to that date.
  • The House reserves the right to correct any errors in fees, charges, rates or prices quoted or billed, even if the travel products acquired have been paid for in full.
  • You should arrange your own insurance immediately after purchasing any travel product.
  • It is your responsibility to find out about applicable entry and other requirements of overseas countries you are expecting to visit.
  • You will be charged a Service Fee for all fares purchased with Low-Cost Carriers which include all Jetstar flights.
  • The Service Fee included in your booking payment summary is non-refundable.
  • Funds need to be available on your method of purchase at the time of booking otherwise ticketing will not take place and you may need to rebook a higher priced fare.
  • Not all fares are eligible to be cancelled. However, where such fares are able to be changed you will be charged as follows.

Refund Policy

  • Luxury Escapes refund Policy only applies to purchases of resorts and hotel packages and Tours and does not apply to Flights or Cruises
  • Bookings (except for Tour bookings) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Luxury Escapes may, refuse a refund request in circumstances where we believe that a request for a refund does not fall within the scope of this Policy, is misleading, incorrect and/or deceptive or is otherwise invalid.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the Credit Card used to purchase the offer.
  • Luxury Escapes may change its Policy at any time at our absolute discretion by posting the revised policy on the Website. It is your responsibility to review the terms & conditions of this Policy regularly.
