2. Visit the landing page and, if you are an existing user, sign in. If not, establish an account.

3. Select the desired Plan from your shopping cart.

4. To receive the discount, enter the coupon code in the box labeled “Coupon code” and click the “Apply” button.

5. Finally, enter your payment information and submit your order.

Return Policy

LB accept returns for items* that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact.
*Purchase of sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, and bags are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To start a return request, please:
Fill in the returns note, you may download a copy of it here.
Pack the item and your completed returns note in its original packing material
Send your parcel using a delivery method that allows tracking. Return parcels are to reach LB within 30 calendar days from dispatch date for local orders, or 45 calendar days for international orders.
You are responsible for postage costs of returned items. Kindly note that all return parcels are dealt via mailing only. If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, they reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a store credit refund.
You are responsible for the item until it reaches To LB and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
If LB accept your return, company will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and generally within 14 days from the day on which company receive the returned product. Please note that refunds will be provided only in the form of store credit.

Shipping Information

Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order. Love Bonito charges actual shipping rates that are calculated automatically when you place your order. Please note you may need to pay customs charges in order to receive the package in your country. The packages for dresses are shipped within 1 business days of placing your order. The packages for other collections are shipped within 4 business days of placing your order. This means that should you place your order on a weekend or mail holiday, your order would not ship out until the next business day.

Payment Information

You can sign in and make a payment using PayPal if you have a PayPal account. Credit card payments are also accepted. Every major credit card is accepted. Your credit card information will be processed using the method, which is the safest one. Any gift cards or store credit you have in your account can also be used to pay in full or in part.
