RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Changed your mind? For up to 30 days, they’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on katinusa.com for return or exchange. If you wish to return or exchange an item(s), you can process them entirely online here, or you can email shop@katinusa.com with your order number/ proof of purchase and the item you wish to return/exchange. Katin will then email you a return shipping label to mail back the item(s). The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
If you are shopping from France and wish to return, please contact shopfr@katinusa.com
They do not refund for shipping costs. They do not offer refunds for e-gift cards.
REFUNDS
Once they receive the item(s) within the allotted 30 days, they will then refund your original form of payment minus the return shipping cost. If you return your items after the 30-day limit they may be able to offer you Katin web-store credit.
EXCHANGE POLICY
They handle exchanges the same as returns. If you wish to exchange an item(s), please process it as a refund here, or email shop@katinusa.com with your order number and the name of the item you wish to exchange. Katin will then email you a return shipping label to mail back the item(s) free of charge. Once they receive the item, they will refund your original form of payment minus the shipping return cost. With that refund, you may then purchase your new item(s) or desired size.
Please note: If you requested an item for exchange that they no longer have available, they’ll process a return instead. If this should happen, you’ll receive a return email to notify you about the return.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Purchased items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of the order.
Your order will be shipped Priority or First-Class USPS. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 3-5 business days. They do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While they will do all they can to ensure your order is delivered on time, katinusa.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond their control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
You will be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail.
SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES
- All orders are shipped out of California. They do their best to ship orders promptly. Please be patient.
- USPS Priority (Default Option) – Shipments vary upon what state it’s going to. Usually about a maximum of 5 business days.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
DOMESTIC
Rates are based on your Zip Code/Postal Code. All orders within California will incur the current California sales tax. Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed. Unfortunately, UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses.
CANADA & AUSTRALIA
International items ship in 5 business days excluding foreign customs processing.
Taxes will be included in your order however, no additional duties will be applied to your order upon checkout. Please refer to your country’s local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. Kati USA, holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.
