Return Process
- Please contact us on our website and specify the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
- After you receive the return instructions from us, please pack the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.
- Drop off your package at your local post office.
- Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Return Policy
- You have 90 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you wish to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 90 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We only accept returns that have been shipped and sold by HOBIBEAR.com.
- We do not accept returns that have been sent back without a proper return request.
- We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us.
- Please be sure to double check your returns before you ship them. We are not responsible for returns of non-HOBIBEAR products.
- We do not provide free returns and exchanges on clearance items.
- Please note all clearance items under $15 are not eligible for return or refund.
- Shipping costs are Non-Refundable.

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you choose and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment, weather, and so on. You can calculate the estimated delivery date by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you choose.
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
- The processing time is the time from the receipt of your order to the physical shipment of the goods. After receiving your order, we perform strict quality control and testing to ensure the quality of the product to your satisfaction before shipping. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product. Larger orders usually take more time. It usually takes 3 business days for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time may also be affected by the stock of individual items, the time of year, holidays, etc. If your order contains very popular items that have stock availability issues, then the order will take 3-5 business days to process and ship.
- The Shipping time is estimated and starts from the date of shipment and not from the date of order. Due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other reasons, shipping time may take longer than expected.
