ABOUT Hatch
Ann Crady Weiss, CEO of Hatch, has always believed technology could improve lives. She and Dave Weiss met while working together as the SVP of Consumer Experience for BabyCenter. Together, they oversaw the product, engineering, editorial, design, community, and marketing teams for Hatch. Yet they were entrepreneurs at heart, and their passion for helping others solve real-life problems drove them to start Hatch.
Ann’s long nights awake with her first baby and Dave’s persistent issues with insomnia drove them on a journey to make sleep simpler, beginning with Rest and Rest+ for tiny ones and expanding to adults with Restore.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY
- Hatch has a 30Day return policy, and all refundable items need to be completely new, sealed in the original packing, and in brand-new condition (labels, tags, boxes).
- A product quality review will be done before the refund is processed. This may take 1-3 working weeks after the goods are received at the fulfillment site.
CANCELLATION POLICY
