Shipping & Delivery
Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination.
For example, if you order a shirt, it will need 1-3 business days of processing time and then 7-10 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 10-12 business days.
Return & Exchange
All Purchase (except swimwear, underwear, panties, bags and accessories) can be returned within 30 days (counting from the delivery date of the last item) to our US warehouses.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
- The Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
- No returns will be permitted more than 30 days after delivery. Therefore, If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us at your earliest convenience to avoid paying return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.
