Cancellation and Refund Policies for HappyEasyGo
- To cancel your bookings at HappyEasyGo, simply follow the below steps:
You are able to cancel your ticket(s) by logging into your account, using your registered email id/phone no. and password. - Go to the ‘My Trips’ section and Enter HEG Trip ID.
- Select the booking(s) that you don’t want to avail of and want to cancel. Click on the Cancel tab. Select the passenger for which you want to cancel the booking. Select the reason for your cancellation.
- Before confirming to cancel the booking, First review the cancellation penalty and refund amount.
- You will get the refund amount (if any) in the same account that was used to make the payment at the time of your bookings.
Cancellation charges
In case you want to know the cancellation charges, please log in to your HEG account and follow the below steps:
a. Log in to the ‘My Trips’ section & Enter the Trip ID.
