Q1: What are the delivery charges?
Ans: Free local delivery is provided for orders exceeding RM 380. For West Malaysia orders below RM 380, a shipping fee of RM 10 applies, while for East Malaysia orders below RM 380, the fee is RM 15.
Q2: How long does delivery take?
Ans: Typically, deliveries take 2 – 5 working days for West Malaysia and 3 – 8 working days for East Malaysia after dispatch, facilitated by a courier. However, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Q3: What delivery services are available?
Ans: Only standard shipping is offered within Malaysia.
Q4: Can orders be sent without an invoice?
Ans: Unfortunately, orders cannot be dispatched without including an invoice.
Q5: Can orders be delivered to business addresses?
Ans: Yes, orders can be delivered to business addresses. However, responsibility for any loss or damage to the parcel upon delivery lies with the recipient.

Return Policy
The items bought in their Malaysia stores can be returned to them in any Malaysia store (excluding airport stores) within 14 days for a refund, an exchange, providing the item is unworn, its original condition and proof of purchase can be provided. Acceptable proof of purchase includes your original purchase receipt or a credit/debit card statement showing the transaction.
Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on underwear, bra, swimwear, socks, jewellery, accessories (applies to watches, caps & scarves) and cosmetics. This returns policy does not cover gift cards, products bought from third party retailers (including concessions and franchise stores); products bought outside Malaysia and personalized or altered products. For East Malaysia orders below RM 380, shipping fee is RM 15 (by courier).
