You can choose your seat during booking and change it online up to 24 hours before departure through our seat change portal (Clipper Vacations). On the departure day, changes and upgrades can be requested onboard through our onboard supervisors, subject to availability.
FRS Clipper’s Cancellation Policy
For ADVANCE Fare
– Round-Trip only: These fares, requiring advance purchase at least 2 days prior to travel, are non-refundable.
For STANDARD Fares
– Round-Trip only: Fully refundable if cancelled 2 or more days before travel; non-refundable within 48 hours of travel. Hotel Package bookings are non-refundable within 4 days of travel.
For any booking changes, a $30 USD fee applies; contact them via their Contact Us page for all cancellation or modification requests.
