1-When can I expect my order?
The processing time depends on several things: the type of order, whether the order is complete (Do they have your prescription and PD?), and when you place it. The good news: Shipping is free for all prepaid orders!
Please Note : They recommend that you make an unboxing video as soon as you receive your order. This is just a precautionary step to ensure that in the unlikely event of an incorrect product being delivered, the issue can be escalated to the courier company with valid proof.

2- What does shipping cost and How to check my order status?
Shipping is free for all prepaid orders.
Rs.99 Shipping charges are payable for all COD orders and all orders placed using store credit.
Checking Order Status: Once your order is shipped, they shall send you an email with the tracking information. Else, you can contact them by email or call to check status of your order by providing the order reference number.
Print on demand orders (Printed T-Shirts) will be shipped after 7-10 business days.

Return Window: You can return or exchange any product within 48 hours after delivery.
If you wish to return a product, you can choose between two options:
Refund in your Eyewearlabs Wallet: They offer store credit that you can use to shop on their website. The amount of the refund will be credited to your wallet within 48 hours after they receive the returned product at their warehouse.
Please note: A customer cannot exchange more than twice.
Exchange your existing product with another product: You can exchange your existing product with another product of equal or lesser value. Please note that you cannot avail new offers while exchanging. Please note: They do not charge reverse pick up charges for the first exchange, however if exchange is initiated more than once by the customer Rs.150 reverse charges are payable.
