Returns :-

Returns, Refunds, and Missing Items

Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, they will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within seven (7) days of delivery and provided such products are returned in their original condition. To return products, you must call 303.927.6130 or email them at support@extractlabs.com.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items—you can either purchase your own label or they can provide one to you for an additional fee. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. All returns are subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.

When your order is delivered, open it immediately to verify the contents of your package. If you receive your order and find that it is missing any of the items you purchased, please contact them within 3 days of your order being delivered at 303.927.6130 or email us at support@extractlabs.com. Past the third day, they will be unable to verify the item was missing from the order and therefore unable to send any replacement items.

Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of their receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Web Site. THEY OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
