ABOUT EXCLUSIVELANE
In 2012, ExclusiveLane was founded with the goal of promoting crafts around the world and assisting local craftsmen to support their families. They collaborate with more than 100 talented designers and craftspeople across India and assist them in creating the finished product from the ideation stage onward. Each item is individually created and hand painted with little details by talented artisans. Products from a variety of categories, including Home & Design, Lighting, Kitchen & Dining, Furniture & Furnishings, are available. These products are constructed of various materials, including Terracotta, Teak & Sheesham wood, porcelain, Brass, Canvas, etc.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY
- Exclusivelane has a 14Day return policy, and all refundable items need to be completely new, sealed in the original packing, and in brand-new condition (labels, tags, boxes).
- A product quality review will be done before the refund is processed. This may take 1-3 working weeks after the goods are received at the fulfillment site.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Before the order is dispatched, you have the option to cancel it. By heading to My Account > Orders > Select Product > Cancel, you can cancel an order.
