RETURN POLICY

Within 30 days after the delivery date, full price items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund. Within 30 days of the delivery date, sale items with MSRP discounts of 39% or less may be returned for a full refund or exchanged. Products that are 40% or more off MSRP or that are final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Within 30 days after purchase, Elie Tahari offers a one-time price adjustment per order. Items that are final sale are not subject to price adjustments. Elietahari.com now only provides UPS return labels for domestic return addresses, which we handle for a cost of $10. On orders being returned from outside the United States, the buyer is responsible for paying shipping and taxes.
