With the exception of Hawaii, Alaska, the Virgin Islands, the Bahamas, and APO shipping addresses, all standard shipping inside the USA is free.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Within 90 days of the day you receive a purchase, DIY PEST CONTROL accepts returns on unopened, unused items. Items being returned must be in the same condition they were in at the time of purchase, including all tags, labels, packing, documentation, etc (unless the product is defective or damaged).

There are two exclusions for returns of unused and unopened goods: Live animal cages and traps are not returnable.
You cannot return a bedbug mattress, box spring, furniture encasement, bedbug mattress liner, or bedbug inspection gear. Before purchasing these things, thoroughly measure your bed or other furniture.
