To ensure smooth processing, ALL RETURNS must be accompanied by an RMA number. Eligible returns receive a free prepaid return label. They only sell the highest quality products. All items are brand new/first quality – fully functional direct from the manufacturer. They are always tested, inspected, and evaluated prior to shipment. Please inspect your merchandise for any defects, and try them on to ensure correct size when they first arrive.

• New, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items that have been opened or gently worn may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are laundered beforehand.
• Garments with pet hair, smell of cigarettes, or any other odor may not be returned.
• For defective items, submission of photographic evidence, along with order details, to support@discountsurgical.com is required for assessment.
• Items labeled as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on our website cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Replacements require a picture submission; the new item matches the original item.
• Defective items must be substantiated with evidence.
