Replacement & Refund Policy
(1) For products that were damaged upon arrival Any shipment that has been damaged in any way should be refused. If you accept a damaged please notify us within 48 hours after delivery by sending an email to lever.care@unilever.com with photos of the damaged products. Within 15 working days of our inquiry, we will send you a replacement or a full refund of your money if you return the original item.
(2) In the unlikely event that the incorrect Product are delivered, please notify us by email at lever.care@unilever.com within 48 hours after delivery. If an item is returned due to an error, we will replace it with the correct product within 15 working days, or if the original product is no longer available, we will issue a full refund.

What is the cost of delivery?
All orders from Dermalogica India are delivered for free.
What is the approximate time of delivery?
We make every effort to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours. Depending on your location in India, your order will be delivered in 3-5 business days. Due to festivals and public holidays, courier partner delays, political disturbances, and other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer. In such circumstances, we will contact you ahead of time. Please check your emails and SMS for such notifications on a frequent basis.

What will my refund look like and how long will it last?
If the aforementioned conditions are met, all refunds will be paid by online transfer within one week of the request date. Otherwise, a discount coupon equal to the refund amount will be provided and can be used on a future order.
What is the best way for me to keep track of my order?
You will receive an email with the tracking number and the logistics provider’s name once your item has been sent. On the logistics provider’s website, enter the tracking number for your package.
Ordered Dermalogica items from a different ecommerce site?
