  • Flights booked online can  be paid for by debit or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, UATP) or PayPal. The entire ticket price is immediately charged and the travel documents are sent out.They do not charge a transaction fee. Depending on the terms and conditions of your credit card your bank may charge additional fees (e.g. international transaction fee)

What happens when I miss a flight?

  • Condor tickets are usually non-refundable so if you have missed your flight you may not be able to get a refund or to rebook. Please try to be at the airport three hours before departure for US and Canada flights or two hours before departure for other flights.

What is the flight cancellation policy?

  • Information concerning a cancellation of reservations you can find for Economy Class, Premium Economy Class or Business Class for each rate they offer or in the terms and conditions. To cancel your booking please contact their  service center directly. For travels from/to the United States you may cancel your ticket within 24 hours after purchase and receive a full refund unless the reservation is made one week or less prior to its flight departure. This is part of their  Customer Service Plan.Please be advised that the terms and conditions of your travel agency and different regulations may apply if you have not purchased your ticket with Condor directly.

If you have booked your flight on their website or service center, they will automatically inform you of flight delays of 2 hours or more on the day of departure. They will use the e-mail address or mobile phone number you provided when booking your flight.
