Are there any Delivery charges ?
There are no delivery charges to deliver the product anywhere in India. but free shipping is not applicable on Gold Coins.
What will be the delivery duration ?
Delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided. There are several products under the Same Day Shipping section. These are ready to ship products and will be delivered to your address within 2 to 10 business days.
The ‘Made to Order’ products takes us 2 to 19 business days to safely deliver its destination. Some products might have different delivery dates depending upon its availability.
How safe will my jewelry or products be ?
Jewelry is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. The jewelry is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep. Kindly do not accept ant package if tempered.
Are the products delivered internationally as well ?
Currently the orders are delivered only for India.
Is cash On Delivery (COD) available ?
COD is available for many locations but might not be available for some locations.
What is the return and refund policy ?
There is a 30-day No Questions asked Money Back Policy which gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If the customer needs to return it for any reason, Bluestone will happily provide with a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of the date of delivery. The products are only accepted without custom engraving, in its original condition and with the certification.
