In cases of damaged or defective items, customers must submit a claim within 7 days to receive a refund or replacement. Returned items must be in their original packaging and shipped back within 14 days of receiving the RMA. Aosom covers return shipping costs for defective or inaccurately described products, while other returns are at the customer’s expense.

Open Box Program-
The Aosom Open Box program allows for returns within 30 days of purchase, with a 90-day warranty period. However, exchanges are not available, and minor cosmetic issues are not eligible for discounts or warranty parts.
