Shipping & Delivery
Our estimated delivery date is based on several factors, including the destination address, and the time we assemble and prepare your items for shipment. Shipping fees are calculated based on the package weight and the destination.
For example, if you order a dress, it will need 2-3 business days of processing time and 10-15 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 12-18 business days
We offer international shipping for most destinations of the world. The standard shipping will take 10 to 15 business days with an extra 2 to 3 business days of processing time for every order.
Return & Refund
All return items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
