  4. When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel. Once we receive the returned courier, the refund process will be initiated for the items returned. Once processed, it may take upto 5-7 working days for the refund amount to get credited at its source.
  5. Return request for online orders can be raised within 30 days of order delivery.
