RETURN PROCESS
- For any Return intimation, kindly visit com/help or call at 0124-4166666 (Open 8 AM – 8 PM from Mon-Sat and 8 AM – 5 PM on Sun).
- 1mg customer care team will first verify the claim made by the customer within 72 business hours from the time of receipt of the complaint.
- Once the claim is verified as genuine, 1mg will initiate the collection of the ordered product(s) to be returned.
- The customer needed to pack the ordered product(s) in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
REFUND PROCESS
If the claim is found to be genuine, Refund will be made as mentioned below:
- The amount made through the online wallet will be credited to the wallet only; or
- The amount made through cash on delivery will be credit through fund transfer to the customer bank account.
- The refund will be credited within 30 days from the date of reverse pick up.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Orders having a payable amount of Rs. 500 or more will deliver without any delivery charges. Otherwise, the delivery charge of Rs. 25 will be charged to the customers.

1mg also reserves the right to cancel any Bulk Order. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets the below-mentioned criteria.
- The ordered products are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale;
- Multiple or bulk orders placed at the same address;
- Invalid address given in order details;
- Any malpractice used to place the order.
